About the Role

You’ll help generate leads, manage outreach, organize pipelines, and support sales activities using modern AI tools and automation systems.

This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll work on everything from identifying potential clients to drafting outreach messages to running follow-ups and preparing proposal documents.

You will work across all Wonkrew brands, helping increase inbound and outbound opportunities.

Perfect for someone who is proactive, structured, and comfortable communicating with people.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research & build lead lists using tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Maps, Clutch, etc.)

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini) to write outreach messages

  • Manage CRM pipelines (GHL, HubSpot, Notion, etc.)

  • Run outbound email + LinkedIn campaigns

  • Follow up with warm leads using structured sequences

  • Assist in drafting proposals, pitch decks, and case studies

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with prospects

  • Analyze lead metrics and maintain weekly dashboards

  • Collaborate with content team for lead magnets + drip campaigns

  • Use automation tools like n8n/Zapier to speed up repetitive tasks

  • Monitor inbound leads from forms, website, GBP, WhatsApp, etc.


Requirements

Must Have

  • Good communication + clear writing

  • Interest in sales, outreach, customer conversations

  • Persistence and consistency (follow-ups matter)

  • Ability to learn CRM and outreach tools quickly

  • Basic understanding of lead generation

  • Comfortable using AI tools to draft messages, summarize calls, etc.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach

  • Experience with CRMs

  • Some understanding of marketing funnels

  • Ability to work with spreadsheets

  • Exposure to email marketing platforms

Bonus

  • Experience running outbound campaigns

  • Built lead lists for any previous project

  • Understanding of B2B marketing or SaaS sales

  • Experience preparing pitch decks or proposals
